Bebe Vio is a European fencing champion and her full name is Beatrice Maria Adelaide Marzia Vio. Bebe is her nickname. She had to be amputated right below her elbows and knees. It was tough. And I can imagine it. But do you think she stopped her from reaching her dreams?
No. She really likes to do fencing. In fact, the first time she tried it, she fell in love with it! And yes, there were times where she wants to commit suicide but her dad says “Stop saying stupid things. Life is extraordinary. Enjoy it!” And that is when she decided to enjoy herself because what is the point of living if you’re not going to enjoy yourself, right? So that is why she became a gold medalist in fencing. This just shows how important it is to enjoy yourself. You will not achieve anything in life if you don’t try, right? How will you know your weaknesses if you never try? So, the most important thing to do is to believe in yourself to achieve something and don’t forget to be brave and smile because people are beautiful when they smile (and that includes you by the way).
